Engines1 is a division of Western Branch Diesel, Inc.  Our history goes back to 1963 when a sales department was formed to supply engines and parts to a local Virginia shipyard.  Over the years NMS, as we were known, grew to one of the premier engine and generator suppliers on the east coast.  We have handled gasoline engines such as Thermo Electron (Crusader), Gray Marine, Interceptor, Chrysler Marine, Indmar, Pleasurecraft Marine, and currently Sea Maxx.  In 1980 we added Westerbeke to our line and have been a distributor since.  1999 came and in March of that year an agreement was signed for Western Branch Diesel, Inc. to purchase NMS.  After the move Engines1 was formed and we have not looked back.  Backed by a strong company with great values, Engines1 has prospered and grown into one of the country's premier engine and generator suppliers.
